Sensors

Sensors are the data collection engine for most IoT systems. They detect environments, activity, and changes in state and then transmit the information to servers, the cloud, or other storage, where the data can be analyzed for use. Some common IoT sensor types include Temperature, Humidity, Location, Pressure, Fill Level, Proximity, Speed and Velocity, Chemical, and Light.
