In this webinar we explain how IoT and LoRaWAN devices can help fight against COVID-19 by monitoring proximity and implementing contact tracing among people in shared areas like offices and industrial facilities. People are the most important assets of any organization, and amid the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, businesses and industries have to ensure secure social distancing and contact tracing to allow their people to feel more confident about working in a co-located physical workplace. Presented by Oliver Hersent, Founder & CEO at Actility, Rohit Gupta, Product Manager at Actility, and Bert Vanaken, Founder & CEO at WMW.

Speakers
"Getting things to work (better)" is a passion that started early in Oliver's life repairing toys and building electronic circuits, and continued through his professional life working on communication technologies, with a focus on IP based networks. With the startup experience as founder of NetCentrex , he discovered that 'getting people to build something together' was even more rewarding... and more challenging. Any project which aims at improving the way we live or work, supported by hard working, ambitious, crazy (not too much), fun and caring people will make him want to be part of it. He invests in several start-ups and also his own projects. He also supports the Non-Profit organization "Socracy," which tries to bring some of the innovations of social networks to the world of politics.
Rohit is a passionate product manager with strong focus on 5G/LPWAN/IoT technologies covering both connectivity and specific applications such as geolocation. He is responsible as a Product Owner for Cellular IoT/3GPP and Geolocation Products within Actility (E2E ownership from conception to sales and managing P&L).
Bert is an experienced founder with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. He has strong business development professional skilled in business strategy, process optimization, strategic negotiations, IoT and data analytics.
